DE C.V., AS WELL AS TO ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, CONTROLLING AND/OR SUBSIDIARIES. GRANTING YOUR CONSENT THAT YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TREATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY NOTICE, MEANS THAT YOU REVIEWED, READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE.
LANDSTEINER, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act in the possession of private individuals and its regulation (hereinafter "Data Act") hereby gives notice this Privacy Notice (hereinafter "The Notice").
1) Responsible for the Collected Personal Data and Contact Data
Landsteiner Scientific, S.A. DE C.V.., rlocated in Av. Periférico Sur 4118, Col. Jardines del Pedregal, C.P. 01900, Mexico, Federal District is the responsible for the collected personal data. The Legal Affairs area of LANDSTEINER is the responsible area for the personal data and has the following contact details: firstname.lastname@example.org and phone number (55) 54493690, extension 3779.
In the case that LANDSTEINER receive, manage, process, try and keep personal data of individuals (hereinafter "Users"), this Notice aims to inform users the information that is collected from them, the purposes for which is collected as well as to establish the terms and conditions that will prevail in the management, use and protection of personal data which will allow to ensure the privacy of the same, as well as the right to informational self-determination which corresponds to each of the users. Also, LANDSTEINER maintains administrative, technical, and physical security measures necessary that ensure the privacy and protection of personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or use, access or unauthorized treatment of them. This according that LANDSTEINER recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of the personal data which are collected from individuals.
2) Personal Data collected
IIn the exercise of marketing, recruitment and pharmacovigilance activities, LANDSTEINER will collect and store the following personal user data (hereinafter "Collected Personal Data"): full name, address, telephone, cellphone, fax, federal taxpayer registry, email, profession, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, marital status, age, sex, social security number, unique population registry code, professional license number.
The collected personal data will be stored in our database or storage and collection of information base (hereinafter the "Database") which features necessary administrative, technical and physical security measures that allow to ensure the privacy and protection of the collected personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing of them.
3) Purpose of the personal data b>
The collected personal data will be used by LANDSTEINER for sending newsletters, sending promotions, to operate LANDSTEINER loyalty programs, to comply with pharmacovigilance obligations imposed by applicable legislation and for recruitment.
Similarily, the collected personal data will be used by LANDSTEINER for purposes of marketing, advertising and commercial research, in order to contact Users to send them information regarding promotions, offers, advertising and marketing and advertising information with regard to LANDSTEINER products. In the event that Users do not wish that their personal data are treated for the purpose of marketing, advertising and commercial research, may oppose following the procedure set forth in section 4) of this Privacy Notice.
4) Transfer of the Collected Personal Data and Acceptance or Negative from Users
The Collected Personal Data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country by any third party other than LANDSTEINER. In this regard, Users’ Personal Data may be shared with companies in the pharmaceutical and marketing sector for the following purposes: offer you products and services similar to those offered by LANDSTEINER..
If you wish to object to the transfer of your Personal Data referred to in the paragraph that precedes, please follow the procedure indicated in section 5) of this Privacy Notice.
5) Withdrawal of consent, Limitation of Use or Disclosure of the Collected Personal Data and Means to Exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARC) by Users
Users or their legal representatives may, at any time: revoke their consent for the treatment or use of their personal data by LANDSTEINER, restrict its use or disclosure, as well as access them, rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, cancel them and oppose its treatment as a whole or for certain purposes (including opposition to the transfer of their Personal Data in accordance with section 4) of this Privacy Notice, as well as for their use for purposes of marketing, advertising and commercial research). For this purpose, the User should contact Legal Affairs area using any of the following ways:

Users should point out explicitly and in detail: (i) that they wish to revoke their consent for the processing or use of their personal data; (ii) point out the way by which they want to limit the use or disclosure of the personal data; (iii) point out the way that they want to access or modify their personal data; (iv) point out that they wish to cancel their personal data; and/or (v) indicate that they wish to oppose to the processing of their personal data.
To exercise the rights previously described, Users must attach to their request the following:
a) The name of the User and address or other means to communicate the response to his/her request.
b) The user’s e-mail or fax number to send the response to his/her request.
c) The documents proving identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the User.
d) The clear and accurate description of the personal data for which he/she seeks to exercise any of the above rights.
e) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, the User must indicate in the application, in addition to above designated, the modifications to be made and provide documentation supporting his/her request.
LANDSTEINER will respond to all requests within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) working days from the date of filing of the corresponding application, so that, if appropriate, the same will become effective within 15 (fifteen) working days following the date the response was informed.
For requests for access to personal data, the delivery shall proceed prior accreditation of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as appropriate.
Referred deadlines may be extended only once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it.
6) Procedure to Inform Users of Changes to the Privacy Notice
Any changes made to this Privacy Notice will be reflected on the following website: www.landsteiner.com (the "Web site").
